Office Staff
The offices of West Side Cardiology Associates are staffed with some of the area’s most experienced and highly trained physician-practice personnel. From reception through patient check out, our office staff is trained on the latest EKG equipment and patient care. Our staff is friendly, out-going and responsive to every patient’s needs.
West Side Cardiology Associates’ managers have more than 80 years experience combined in patient services, billing and administration. Our medical records staff keeps patient records orderly and up-to-date. Billing includes two certified medical coders to ensure patients’ bills are correctly coded for insurance coverage. A pre-certification/pre-authorization specialist checks that every procedure is covered before it is performed so that patients do not have to worry about insurance.
Our biometrics staff is highly trained on our state-of-the-art testing equipment and in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS). They continue to update their skills to keep up with the latest information.
Our lab is accredited and includes nuclear technicians, cardiovascular ultrasound technicians and stress and Holter test technicians. All are trained and experienced in handling an on-site emergency if one were to occur.
